With a busy family in and out of the house constantly, this customer required a home renovation that opened up the back of the house so the family could enjoy the large living areas… when they get a chance to sit down for five minutes.
An awkward existing layout meant thinking outside the box, using smart design to create a staircase to connect the ground floor to a new second level while maximising space upstairs. Achieving this involved working closely with the client’s structural engineer, to make the ambitious reconfiguration in this home renovation an affordable reality.
With no intention to sell for many years, this is a perfect home for the young family to grow into.
