We were engaged to rework a classic California bungalow into a modern family home with open living areas, a large deck flowing from the rear of the house, and a new garage providing the client with a spacious workshop. Working closely with a local engineer, our job was to provide a full set of drawings including proposed additions, new floor plans plus elevations and cross sections for the Complying Development application.

Through clever design we were able to create drawings that were swiftly approved by Randwick Council and met Sydney Water’s strict regulations.
