After deciding his existing 1960s bungalow had to go, our client wanted to envision what his fantasy two-storey, five-bedroom family home would look like before bringing in the wrecking ball. Enter Design Plus Drafting and 3D rendering.
The stunning elevated location dictated that making the most of the views was paramount, as was filling living areas with natural light. Key features included a lavish entertainer’s kitchen, a large private balcony from the master bedroom, a recording studio, pool, and an overall design that would minimise shade over a neighbouring house.
Our client was delighted to see his dreams become a virtual reality in our highly detailed visualisations, created using Revit software.
